Kids.
Our PowerKids meet the first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 pm during the school year for food, fun and Jesus! Vacation Bible School meets each summer in June - it’s a cooperative effort among all the area churches!
Youth.
Our Youth meet the second Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 pm to cook a meal together, and talk about life and faith.
Older kids (aka adults).
In addition to worship, we love bible study, music, visiting, prayer and serving others.
Helping others.
Whether it’s helping our local neighbors with a little extra money for food after their costly cancer treatment or providing food for the local food banks, or our global neighbors recover from hurricanes and earthquakes or make them clothing and quilts to help them stay warm, we love to help others.
Cleaning and sewing.
This is an awesome picture from 1919 of some of our saints who cleaned the church and sewed seat cushions. We don’t have an official “cleaning and sewing” ministry (though we do make quilts and dresses for people in places who need them), but this picture definitely needed to go somewhere on this site!
